This is a picture of a swirling, tiny, tornado-like cloud we used to call a "dust devil" when I was a kid. It lasted all of 30 seconds. I was in the right place at the right time. I showed it to my wife and she said, "that's not a cloud it's a dancer." Do you see what she means?
