I had just crossed the St. Croix River coming from Wisconsin. I noticed this scene go by my car window at 40 miles per hour. I went home and got my camera gear and came back and made this picture. This image, made a stones throw away from the historic Stillwater Lift Bridge, is all about compostition, texture, simplicity, light and mood.
